Overview

Brian Schupbach is a National Project Director currently working at Interstate Restoration.  As a leading member of the national catastrophe team, Brian manages multi-million dollar repair and restoration projects.  He is also one of the firm’s leading salespeople.

With over twenty five years of experience in the industry, Brian is a leader in his field.  He is an expert in large loss insurance restoration with an emphasis on commercial properties.  He specializes in damage to hotels, apartment buildings, universities and other large complexes caused by fire, wind, water, tornados, earthquakes and other natural disasters.

In addition to extensive experience with water and fire damage repairs, Brian is also qualified to repair damage caused by mold.

Licenses and Certifications

Brian is a certified Xactimate Affiliate Trainer (XAT).  Xactimate is the leading software in the insurance repair industry for estimating the cost of reconstruction and repair to residential and commercial buildings that have been damaged.  Being an Xactimate Affiliate Trainer not only means that Brian has undergone rigorous training and evaluation himself, but that he is qualified to teach the system to others.

Brian Schupbach is also LEED AP certified.  LEED is an acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a rating system used for grading environmentally friendly structures.  A LEED AP Certification denotes a professional who is one of the most educated, qualified, and influential “Green” design experts in the industry.

Career

Brian has had a long and diverse career in the construction and insurance industries.  From 1998-2000, Brian was a Sales and Production Manager at American Building Contractors, Inc. in Denver, Colorado.  He oversaw sales and production of $3.8 million in re-roofing projects in ABC’s first year of operation in Denver.  He was able to attain general contracting licenses in 14 cities and counties in the Denver Metro Area.

From 2000-2004, Brian acted as the Senior Project Manager for Insurance Contractors Associates, Inc., also located in Denver.  There he supervised Insurance Construction projects with a personal average annual revenue of $3.2 million.  He was also the lead trainer for all project managers.
